
About Linda
Linda Benkowski is an Advanced Certified Yoga Nidra Facilitator through the Amrit Yoga Institute, specializing in both I AM Yoga Nidra™ and I AM Yoga Nidra™ for Kids. She also holds two Sound Healing Certifications with Singing Bowls from the Atma Buti Sound Healing School in Boulder, Colorado.
Linda’s journey into Integrative Medicine began over 30 years ago with the study of therapeutic essential oils, sparking a lifelong passion for holistic wellness. Her path soon expanded to include certifications in Reiki and a dedicated yoga practice, deepening her understanding of energy, balance, and healing.
It was through meditation that Linda discovered Yoga Nidra, a transformative practice of deep rest and self-awareness. Captivated after her very first class, she knew she had found her calling—to guide others into this powerful state of inner stillness and restoration.
